PriceSkin tags or fibromas, otherwise known as acrochorda, are non-malignant growths composed of fibrous tissue that can either be flat or raised over the skin. Skin tags usually appear where the skin forms creases such as around the neck, armpit or groin but can also appear on the face, most commonly on the eyelids.

A skin tag is a benign tumour that appears as a tiny pearl drop attached to the skin's surface and proliferate in aging skins. Typically they are painless, harmless and do not change or grow over time. Although in many cases skin tag removal is not necessary, it is often required where the growth is situated in a place where it may rub on skin, clothes, jewellery or is irritated by shaving or causes other concerns.
