What are the benefits of Mesotherapy?

Although extremely popular in Europe, Mesotherapy is lesser known in the UK. Which is surprising because it can be used to address a range of skin issues including dehydration, fine lines and even hair loss.

What is Mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a unique Hyaluronic Acid blend which uses bioactive ingredients such as antioxidants, repair enzymes, peptides, amino acids, plant-based botulinum toxin A and SNAP 8. There are a range of Mesotherapy products which can often be combined in order to target skin firmness, elasticity and radiance. Each blend is tailored to your skin.

Mesotherapy uses small needles to administer the cocktail of unique ingredients into the Mesoderm (middle layer of the skin). These ingredients are bespoke to you and your skin and the unique blends stimulate your fibroblasts to product more hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin (depending on the needs of your skin) leaving you with more hydrated skin with a rejuvenated surface and a natural looking face.

What can Mesotherapy treat?

How is it administered?

At Health & Aesthetics we use the U225 Meso Gun which is the most sophisticated mesotherapy injector in the world. This smoothly injects mesotherapy 3mm under the skin, allowing for more injections and a much quicker treatment for the entire face and neck. This is also much more comfortable than the traditional technique of injections by hand, meaning it is virtually pain-free.

Is it safe to use around the eye area?

The U225 is the ideal injector for the face, especially around sensitive areas like the eyes, nose and lips. Although it can be used all over the body. It creates thousands of micro-injections which guarantees the absorption of product into the skin’s layers, for maximal effects.

At Health and Aesthetics we use a product known as RRS® HA Eyes. This is an intradermal implant specially formulated to improve the appearance of the skin around the eyes. It contains a reabsorbable Hyaluronic Acid associated to a protective buffer that contains vitamins and antioxidants. This means it is specifically designed to target dark circles around the eyes and brightens the eye area. It also:

What results will I see?

Results appear usually after a course of six treatments and increase over time with new collagen and elastin forming. The effects are long-lasting and typically last around 12 months.
