Job Title: Experienced Aesthetic Therapist
About Us:
Join our respected clinic and become part of a team that values patient care and exceptional results. We are looking for a talented and passionate Experienced Aesthetic Therapist to provide top-tier aesthetic treatments while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
As a key member of our team, you’ll deliver a wide range of treatments including Cutera Lasers, Sofwave, Coolsculpting, micro-needling, skin peels, and ZO skincare. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where patient satisfaction is paramount, and you’ll play an important role in helping our patients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including Cutera Laser rejuvenation, Sofwave, Hydrafacials, micro-needling, skin peels, and Coolsculpting.
- Conduct consultations to assess patient needs and recommend tailored treatments.
- Provide expert aftercare advice to ensure the best possible results.
- Work closely with the team to meet clinic targets while keeping patient satisfaction at the forefront.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging treatment videos.
Skills and Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in performing Laser treatments and other aesthetic therapies.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, confident approach.
- Immaculate personal presentation and professionalism.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding results and patient care.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Pabau, is a plus.

Hours:
- 29 hours per week
- One Saturday in every four weeks
