What causes a nose to be unbalanced?

A nose may need reshaping because of many things. It could naturally be unbalanced, asymmetrical or have bumps that are genetic. Your nose may have been broken or suffered a trauma causing asymmetry and bumps. If you have a crooked shape, flat or low bridge, lower tip that needs raising, or the need to even out depressions of the nose, this can be treated easily with fillers.

Non-surgical nose reshaping treatments

At Health & Aesthetics, we use FDA-approved fillers to treat those who need their nose reshaping.

Our Doctors inject small amounts of fillers to reshape the nose. What is unique about this non-surgical approach is that you can be in complete control of the results as you can see the treatment results immediately.

What are Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are used to treat lines and wrinkles in areas on the face and body which are affected by the loss of volume. By restoring such lost volume, you can plump and rejuvenate the treatment area. This can improve the overall structure of the face, and texture of the skin and restore hydration.

When used correctly, dermal fillers provide a natural appearance, making you look rejuvenated and refreshed.

She’s incredibly engaging & has now put together a proper skin plan for me, & again for me to go away & have a read rather than being forced into anything. Frequently Asked Questions

Having a nose that appears asymmetrical, or that you feel doesn’t suit your face shape or structure can make you feel less confident in your appearance, which can affect many different areas of your life. The non-surgical nose job is tailored to each and every one of our patients, meaning that we can treat a wide variety of conditions. These include:

• A slightly crooked or bent nose.
• A small nose that needs building up.
• Hook-shaped noses that require straightening.
• A mild to moderate bump on the bridge of the nose, or a depression just above the nose bridge.
• A mild to moderate drooping of the nasal tip.
• Refining the shape of the nose after a surgical rhinoplasty treatment.
• Noses that require more height, definition and a more pronounced nasal tip.

Many patients with larger noses are hesitant to try a non-surgical nose job as they think it will make their nose look bigger. However, by precisely placing and directing the filler, we can actually reduce the appearance of the nose, by using the filler to create a more precise shape, giving the illusion of a much smaller nose.

Rhinoplasty is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures available, but many patients are put off by the potential complications and the risk of not getting the results they want. The non-surgical nose job is a safe, non-invasive alternative to traditional surgical rhinoplasty, which only uses dermal filler to reshape the nose, without having to undergo a permanent, invasive, surgical procedure with significant downtime. The non-surgical nose job is also significantly more affordable than traditional surgical rhinoplasty. We also have clients that come to us after undergoing surgical rhinoplasty and not getting the results they wanted.

The non-surgical nose job is an excellent, affordable option for people who want to change the shape of their noses but do not want to undergo surgery. The results of the treatment are instant and there is no downtime or prolonged healing period required. It is also not permanent, and is flexible and malleable, making it easier to adapt with you as you age and get the results you need.

Between 1 to 2 years.

A non-surgical nose job can last anywhere from 1 to 2 years, though if you aren’t satisfied with the results, the treatment can be reversed, however, we have yet had to reverse a dermal filler nose job treatment.

Rhinoplasty is a surgery that changes the shape of the nose, a liquid nose job (or non-surgical rhinoplasty) uses small needles to inject filler to change the shape of the nose without any invasive surgery.

Hyaluronic acid fillers work by attracting water from the surrounding tissues, helping the skin to retain moisture which adds plumpness, smooths lines and restores volume. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be used almost anywhere on the body, including the face, nose, lips, neck, décolletage and hands. These fillers are fully reversible and can be easily removed if required. At Health & Aesthetics we use only the safest and highest quality hyaluronic acid fillers which are FDA approved.

This is entirely dependent on the treatment area, the volume needed and the desired results. This will be discussed prior to any treatment in your consultation.

The treatment takes about 30 minutes to an hour. Afterwards, you will see the results straight away. Moreover, the effects will last between 6 months and 2 years, depending upon the areas treated and the filler used.

It is important that prior to any treatment, that you avoid any products that thin your blood as these can cause bruising around the injection site. After injection, it is important not to touch the area due to the risk of introducing infection into the area.
