Acne can have a negative impact on your life by damaging your self-confidence. But Acne is not something you have to simply cope with. Acne is predominantly caused by a build up of dead skin and the overproduction of oil. This then becomes infected by the P. Acnes bacteria. When this happens it can cause comedones (blackheads) and pustules (yellow heads).
