Dermal Fillers
Looking to rejuvenate your appearance but keep a natural and authentic image? At Health & Aesthetics, we are proud to offer premium quality dermal filler treatments that can subtly yet effectively refresh your look.
Hyalase® injections diffuse and reabsorb hyaluronic acid dermal fillers for those who have had an undesired effect from previous filler application. Hyalase® consists of a group of enzymes that work to degrade and reabsorb the molecular bonds that make up the hyaluronic acid in fillers. The enzyme dissolves the dermal filler to improve asymmetry or rectify bumps and other side effects.
Hyalase® is a medicine that should only be administered by a doctor skilled in its use, only in a clinical environment, and only after a consultation and a test patch as there is a risk of serious allergic reaction.
Hyalase reduces the unwanted presence of hyaluronic acid fillers.

Reduces the unwanted presence of hyaluronic acid fillers.
Hyalase® contains the active ingredient hyaluronidase. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that is found naturally in the body and it is used by the body to dissolve hyaluronic acid.
Hyalase® treatment is very similar to having fillers but usually involves smaller injections. Hyalase® must be injected close to the filler site itself, to address the exact area. The fillers dissolve quickly and you will see an almost immediate reduction in volume with full results visible within 24 hours.
Usually only one treatment is needed however sometimes a second treatment is required.
Treatments should be done 2-4 weeks apart.
Hyalase® has a high safety profile but must be used by a doctor with experience of it’s use. You will be required to have a skin test at least twenty minutes prior to the procedure. If a positive test result is observed treatment with Hyalase® cannot be carried out.
Hyaluronidase dissolves hyaluronic acid including molecules made by your body and previous treatments that you may wish to preserve could also be dissolved. You therefore could notice a reduction in skin elasticity and volume and associated asymmetry which in itself may not provide a good aesthetic result. It is common for the treatment to cause bleeding, bruising, some swelling or oedema and redness near the injection site.
Yes. You should wait at least 2 weeks before having more fillers.
