Whether you’re here to boost your skin’s vitality, fight the visible effects of ageing, or boost your self-esteem, my staff and I will do everything in our power to make sure you’re satisfied with your experience.

You will receive our utmost attention before, during and after your visit at Health & Aesthetics.

Relax in our clinic. You will be taken to private room to discuss your concerns and to discuss your personalised treatment plan and any recommended treatments. We want you to have time to make the right choice in a relaxed environment.

1. Book a consultation

Before scheduling any treatments, all new patients must first schedule a consultation. Our experienced team will work with you in defining your goals and developing a personalised treatment plan. This will guarantee that you get the most out of all your treatments.

Ahead of your consultation you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire which we will run through in your appointment. All initial consultations include a skin analysis on our Visia Complex Analysis system.

Many of our treatments will require a second, treatment specific, consultation including a discussion around pre and post care, photographs and a patch test where needed. Laser patch tests must be completed a minimum of 48 hours ahead of treatment.

2. Treatment

Your safety and wellbeing is our number one priority. It is our clinic’s policy that in line with CQC guidelines we do not recommend treatment on the same day as your initial consultation. This allows you time to consider the information provided in your treatment plan and ensures informed decisions.
When you arrive for your treatment you will already have had a consultation and received detailed precare information and will therefore feel clear on exactly what to expect allowing you to relax and enjoy your treatment.

3. Aftercare

Following your treatment we will provide clear aftercare instructions and you may be booked in for a follow up appointment. Our staff are at the end of the phone to answer any questions or concerns.

I have been coming to Health &. Aesthetics for several years. For anyone who wants to slow down the agent process, and have their skin looking the best it can be, I cannot recommend Dr Taylor and her aestheticians highly enough. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. The hydrofacials leave my skin looking and feeling fantastic. It’s so well worth it.
