Delivery Policy

  • Free 1st Class Delivery for orders over £100. 
  • 1st Class Signed for: £7.00. 
  • Special Delivery over 1kg: £10
  • Special Delivery over 2kg: £12

We will endeavour to deliver the Goods to the address which you have given Health & Aesthetics at the time you make your purchase within 3-5 business days.

We will endeavor to ensure that the Goods are delivered by any delivery date estimated by Health & Aesthetics, but we cannot guarantee that Goods will be delivered by that date. You agree that we will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or charge incurred because of the late delivery of Goods.

The risk of damage to the Goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address specified in your instructions.

Upon delivery of Goods, you should carefully inspect them. If any of the Goods are damaged or lost, please contact Health & Aesthetics immediately to inform them and do not use the Goods.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopen, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@healthandaesthetics.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Health & Aesthetics, Oak House, Tanshire Park, Shackleford Road, Elstead, GU8 6LB.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
